Founded in 1972 as Diesel Injection and Electric by James Lewis Roberts Sr., and his former partner, Turbo Diesel & Electric Systems is still a family-owned and operated business reaching now into the third generation. Starting out with three employees and a single location in Georgia, our company expanded over the years to more than seventy employees and six locations serving Georgia, Alabama, Florida, and South Carolina. Throughout our years of doing business, we have achieved top sales awards with various manufacturers from all over the world.

Our company started out as distributors of electrical and diesel parts and offered service for these components. In 2004 we changed our name to Turbo Diesel and Electric Systems to consolidate all of our locations under one name that more accurately represents the diversity of products we carry, now offering a variety of electrical, diesel, engine, and turbo parts and complete units, as well as filtration and fuel additive products. We also offer a wide range of services to our customers, including turbo rebuilds, injection pump rebuilds, injector cleaning and testing, engine systems diagnostics, head machining and cylinder boring.
